Another superb breakfast and good company. Ten minutes provided by Peter Corbett giving us some insights into his early days in IT. Five minutes presentation was an explanation of the latest terms and the progress made by ‘Funding Circle’ – the crowdfunding providers who have really grown since Steve Leverton first visited them after their start up. They now provide loans up to £250k and also asset finance. Steve is registered as an introducer to them via Stirling Partners Finance and would be happy to help anyone wanting to explore whether this form of business finance is for them. The jokes were however rubbish this week – some work needed here!
