Another informative and enjoyable meeting at the Duke’s Head.

As well as the usual sharing of referrals and testimonials Zaky gave us a 10 minute presentation on his property letting & sales business, sharing information on current market conditions and regulations governing the industry. It was interesting to know that Zaky and Zebra Properties have a full property maintenance team so they can provide a complete property management service, taking the worry and hassle away from property owners. In the short time I’ve been with this group I’ve found Zaky to be professional, knowledgeable and just a nice guy – I’d have no hesitation in using his services or recommending him to others.

For my part I delivered a 5 minute educational slot on the pitfalls and consequences of not insuring your home and contents adequately, with a recent example of when we tried to help a client avoid this happening – the moral of the story being: “insure yourself properly, or not at all” as under-insuring yourself often amounts to the same thing when disaster strikes!

As usual, an ample and delicious breakfast was provided by the Dukes’ owner Sarah to set us up for the day – great sausages this week!
