The ‘Leighton Buzzard Business Club’ met as usual this morning for a healthy breakfast at ‘The Dukes’ in Heath & Reach. The ten minute presentation was given by Keith Rawlings, our resident structural engineer. This gave us a very candid and insightful education about how ‘Building Regulations’ work, what to do and what not to do if you are having works done on a property, whether it needs planning permission or not.
